1. Returns

  • Be unused and in the same condition that you received it

  • Be in the original packaging

  • Include the receipt or proof of purchase

2. Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned:

  • Gift cards

  • Downloadable or digital products

  • Perishable goods (such as food or flowers)

  • Personal care items (for hygiene reasons)

  • Sale/clearance items (if marked final sale)

3. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within [5–10] business days.

5. Shipping Costs

6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  2. Contact your credit card company — it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

  3. Contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
